AAEI is spotlighting members who are helping lead the Association on key issues, initiatives and projects. This week, AAEI is featuring Irina Vaysfeld of KPMG LLP.
Irina is a longtime member of AAEI. She is a featured speaker at AAEI’s upcoming AAEI Roadshow in New York on January 17, 2023, as a moderator on the event’s Duty Savings Mitigation panel. KPMG is hosting the event at its Manhattan office and Irina is a co-organizer. The event will include a keynote luncheon, networking breaks and a reception following the full day of panel sessions. Irina is a Principal with KPMG’s Trade and Customs Practice in New York. She evaluates clients’ import and export operations and assists them with the maintenance of their regulatory compliance. Irina specializes in duty savings for KPMG’s clients. She also helps them reduce their compliance violations, implement their tariff classification projects, and submit prior disclosures and successful ruling requests to CBP.
Prior to joining KPMG, Irina worked as a customs and international trade attorney.
