This week’s member spotlight is on Jennifer McCadney of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP.
Jennifer currently is a member of AAEI’s Nominating Committee and is a former co-chair of AAEI’s Trade Policy Committee. Jennifer’s trade policy knowledge is highly valued at the Association, knowledge that is rooted in her experience on Capitol Hill as a Congressional staffer and private sector advocate. She has participated as a moderator and panelist at several AAEI annual conferences.
At Kelley Drye, Jennifer serves as Special Counsel, International Trade and Government Relations. She helps companies and organizations identify, advance and/or defend their interests in the legal, political and regulatory arenas. She advises on general trade issues including, bilateral and multilateral trade agreements, market access, forced-labor-made import prohibitions, tariff preferences and reductions, and enforcement of the customs and trade remedy laws.
